This year, you're going on a trip to Tunisia, where you're invited by the local Tunisians to drive into the desert for tea. You don't expect much. Suddenly, a grill is brought out, they light a fire, and place a small metal teapot into the flames. They also bring out mint, bergamot, and glasses. After a while, they pour the tea with mint and bergamot into the glass. You suddenly smell the mint, the tea, and the bergamot in combination with the earthy, dry notes of the desert and the woody notes of the wood. That describes the scent.
